Refund Policy

We stand behind our product. If Pro doesn't deliver the value you expected, we make it easy to get your money back within 14 days of your purchase date.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) you are requesting within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, and (b) you have not previously received a refund on this account. Refunds apply to new subscriptions only, not to recurring renewals after the initial billing period.

2. How to Request a Refund

Simply email hello@linkcodegenerator.com with your email address and the subject line "Refund Request". We will process your refund within 1 business day and you will receive a confirmation. No explanation is necessary — we will just take care of it.

3. Timeline

Once your refund is approved, your Stripe payment will be reversed. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refunded amount typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days. Your Pro access will be revoked immediately upon refund processing.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are clearly abusive (e.g., immediately downloading all Pro exports and then requesting a refund). We review all requests and this is an edge case intended only to protect against bad-faith usage — we will never decline a genuine refund request.
