What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on compatible browsers. We do not accept PayPal at this time.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are listed and charged in USD ($). If you're outside the US, your bank or card issuer will apply their standard conversion rate.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't the right fit within the first 14 days, email us at hello@linkcodegenerator.com and we'll refund 100% of your payment. No fine print.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never see, store, or touch your card number. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
How do I get an invoice?
After each payment, Stripe automatically emails a receipt to your account email. You can also access all past invoices from your Settings → Billing page by clicking Manage Billing.
Will my card be charged automatically?
Yes — Pro is a subscription. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). You'll receive an email receipt for each charge.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically and send you an email with instructions to update your payment method. If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to the free plan.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing to switch your plan. Switching to yearly is prorated — you'll receive credit for the unused portion of your current monthly subscription.
