What Is an Event QR Code?

An event QR code encodes event data in the iCalendar (iCal) format — the same standard used by Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. When a guest scans the code with their smartphone, they are immediately prompted to save the event to their calendar — no app download, no typing, and no manual copying of dates and addresses.

What Information Gets Encoded

Fill in the event form fields and the QR code will store:
