is.gd links are permanent and do not expire. They will continue to redirect indefinitely as long as is.gd's service operates. For critical campaigns, consider using a custom branded shortener that you control.

Can I track clicks on my short link?

Click tracking is not available through this free tool directly. However, by adding UTM parameters to the long URL before shortening, Google Analytics will attribute the traffic correctly when users visit the destination page. Use our UTM Builder to add campaign parameters first.

Can I customize the short link slug?

No. This tool generates a random short slug via is.gd. For custom branded short links (e.g. yourbrand.co/promo), you would need a dedicated URL shortener service like Bitly, Short.io, or Rebrandly that supports custom domains.
